GIF installation
There’s no stasis moment in Nature. Everything moves. This GIFs series tries to capture moments of this infinite flow, where the pixels, the molecules of the image, never stop.
The GIFs are projected onto all four walls of a completely darkened space. The camera acts as the microscope, the repetitiveness highlights another element that we are no longer used to seeing so closely: the pixels movement. Natura NOise reflects on the movement present in the mechanical nature of the reproduced image as well as in nature in its biological meaning.
